Missing a button

"I received this dress and it’s beautiful, however, it came with a kissing button and bad sewing on the other buttons. I reached out to customer service but I did not hear back. I will have to take to a seamstress to have this issue fixed which sill cost me more money. It runs a bit small. I’m an 8/10 and the size 12 is small in the chest area."
